Florida Highway Patrol troopers arrested a woman accused of hitting a 17-year-old boy on an e-bike and leaving the scene late last night.
The crash occurred just after 10 p.m. at Coliseum Boulevard and Wilmington Boulevard, near South McCall Road.
Troopers said the 17-year-old boy was riding an e-bike when Angelica Clark, 33, is accused of hitting him and drove away.
Troopers said they located the car Clark was driving at a house nearby on White Avenue, and noted it had windshield and pillar damage.
Clark is being held at the Charlotte County Jail and faces hit-and-run charges, troopers said.
