Dharamshala: Earlier this morning, His Holiness the Dalai Lama departed Dharamshala for Delhi to undergo medical treatment on his left knee. Following his recovery, His Holiness is expected to travel to Ladakh toward the end of June for an extended stay.
En route from His Holiness’s residence to Kangra Airport, hundreds of devotees—including Tibetan monks, nuns, laypeople, and schoolchildren—lined the roadside at various points. Holding ceremonial scarves and burning incense, they gathered to greet His Holiness and seek his blessings as he embarked on his journey.
