Emergency crews responded to Speedwell Forge Lake in Elizabeth Township, Lancaster County, around 12:30 p.m. Monday for a water rescue.

The scene was near Zartman Mill and Evans roads.
An officer with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission told WGAL two people who were fishing in a canoe capsized.
Each person was wearing a life jacket and they were able to swim to shore safely.
