A 14-year-old boy was shot Thursday afternoon in East Baltimore and police have a person of interest in custody. City police said officers were called around 3:17 p.m. to a house in the 3600 block of Noble Street for a reported shooting. Police said officers found the boy suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital and was stable. Police said a person of interest is in custody and will be questioned.
