Drivers are reminded that U.S. 127 across Wolf Creek Dam will be closed for several hours today.
The highway across the dam will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The closure is due to ongoing work on the spillway gates at the dam.
Those who typically travel across the dam during these times should plan ahead and use an alternate route.
Officials say accommodations will be made for emergency and school traffic as required.
