A mobile home park in Sinclairville is under new ownership.
The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate sales in Chautauqua County and recently looked at the transactions from April 1-7. The county does not provide transaction information, but real estate documents are available for review at the clerk’s office.
During this time period, Pleasant Valley Estates JTM, LLC purchased 27 Main St., Sinclairville, for $365,000.
The sale included six different parcels. According to the county’s Geographic Information Systems page, there are 12 mobile homes on the property.
In a separate sale, Community Support Group of Southwestern New York State purchased 506 Clymer Corry Road, Clymer, for $250,000. This is the location of Willow Creek Thrifty Treasures.
Willow Creek Thrifty Treasures has been operating out this building that sits behind the Dutch Village Restaurant since July. The organization was able to purchase the building and land.
It is a 501c3 non-profit organization that is run completely by volunteers. The business accepts donations and sells them at a discount price. Currently it is open Thursdays and Fridays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Including the sale previously mentioned, from April 1-7 there were five sales that were $300,000 or higher. The remaining top sales are as follows:
– 8044 Griswold Road, Arkwright sold for $650,000.
– 7 Nance Terrace, Fredonia sold for $390,000.
– 7 First St., Westfield to Charles Jr. sold for $387,000.
– 4092 Fluvanna Townline Rd, Gerry sold for $345,000.
Overall, from April 1-7 there were 64 transactions. The full list of sales $5,000 or higher are as follows:
