High-angle rescue reported at a Lancaster County amusement park – WGAL

Around 20 people were rescued from a skyride at Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park on Wednesday, prompting a large emergency response at the Lancaster County amusement park.
Rescue crews helped riders off the attraction, which runs through the middle of the park.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene, including crews from Lafayette, Ronks, East Lampeter and Blue Rock Fire Rescue.
Blue Rock’s collapse team was also on scene, along with at least two other special operations teams, EMS and police.
The scene cleared just before 6 p.m.
News 8 did reach out to Dutch Wonderland for comment, but the park has yet to respond.
