GREER, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A local convenience store was chosen as the filming location for an upcoming feature film.
The Hot Spot convenience store in Greer was used as a filming set Friday for the movie “Panic Button.”
Among the cast members present was actress Leven Rambin, who stars in the upcoming feature. Rambin is well known for her roles in major film franchises, including “The Hunger Games” and “Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters,” as well as her television work on “All My Children” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”
The convenience store took to Facebook to express its excitement and thank the production team for selecting the Greer location.
“It was an incredible experience to see our store transformed into a movie set and to watch the hard work and creativity that goes into bringing a film to life,” the company shared in a statement.
“Panic Button” is currently in production. A release date for the movie has not yet been announced.
