Garmin has released a new beta update, version 14.14, for the Instinct 3 and related smartwatches. This is the latest update in the 14.xx testing cycle, which began in March 2026. So far, it has brought features like a new Stocks glance, a Mobility app and a Morning Report card to users.

The Garmin beta version 14.14 release was announced in the brand’s official forum. However, the change log provided here is identical to that for the beta version 14.13 release. As such, it is unclear whether any new features, improvements or bug fixes have been included with this update.

It may be that Garmin has tackled a Strength Training related issue with beta version 14.14. This bug was flagged several times by users in the Garmin Forum. In early May 2026, an official response from the Garmin team stated that they were “still trying to investigate the issue”. There have been no updates from the user or Garmin since.
Beta version 14.14 is now available for all testers with an Instinct 3 AMOLED, Instinct 3 Solar, Instinct Crossover, or Instinct E smartwatch (curr. from $239.99 at Amazon). If you own one of these wearables and want to join the Garmin Beta Program, you can find out more on the brand’s website.
