The Beltrami County Assessor’s Office issued a reminder for those who want to receive the homestead classification for their property. In order to do so, the state of Minnesota requires the property to have an application on file with the county.
Presently, Beltrami County is reviewing parcels classified as homestead. Homeowners may receive a letter from the county requesting an updated application.
