JSW MG Motor India has announced the launch of the MG MAJESTOR, introducing what the company describes as India’s first D+ SUV. Designed to combine premium comfort, advanced technology, and strong off-road capability, the MAJESTOR aims to deliver a differentiated offering in the luxury SUV segment. The MG MAJESTOR 4×2 Automatic Top Trim has been launched at an ex-showroom price of INR 40.99 lakh and will be available in both six-seater and seven-seater configurations. The 4×4 Automatic Top Trim has been priced at INR 44.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and will be offered exclusively as a seven-seater variant.

Powered by a twin-turbo diesel engine, the MAJESTOR delivers 215.5 PS of power and 478.5 Nm of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The SUV is available in both two-wheel-drive and intelligent four-wheel-drive configurations. Its advanced 4WD system offers 10 off-road modes, automatically shifting between 2WD and 4WD depending on traction requirements to enhance control across varying terrains.
The MAJESTOR also introduces front, rear, and centre differential locks, enhancing traction and recovery capability during off-road driving. Additional capability-focused features include Crawl Control Mode, 219 mm ground clearance, and 810 mm water wading capacity.
With dimensions measuring 5046 mm in length and a wheelbase of 2950 mm, the MAJESTOR features a bold exterior design highlighted by a Mosaic Matrix Grille, Dragon Eyes DRLs, connected LED tail lamps, and 19-inch alloy wheels. Inside the cabin, the SUV offers ventilated and massaging seats, a panoramic sunroof, 64-colour ambient lighting, dual 12.3-inch displays, wireless smartphone connectivity, JBL surround sound speakers, and more than 75 connected car features.
Safety technologies include Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree HD camera, Electronic Stability Program, ABS, EBD, Traction Control System, and Roll Movement Intervention. The SUV is available in Pearl White, Concrete Grey, Metal Black, and Metal Ash colour options.
The MG MAJESTOR will also be offered with the MG SHIELD ownership program, which includes a three-year unlimited kilometre warranty, roadside assistance, labour-free periodic services, and optional extended coverage plans for enhanced customer convenience and ownership assurance.
