SUNY Delhi’s hot food culinary competition team once again has earned the title of American Culinary Federation Student Team of the Year, defending the national championship it captured in last year, according to a news release.
The ACF Student Team of the Year competition is among the nation’s premier collegiate culinary competitions. Teams are evaluated on food quality, presentation, organization, sanitation, teamwork, timing and technical execution under the demanding conditions of a live competition.
