Soumya Chaturvedi Joins Accordion India as Senior Director, HRBP
Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2026 — Accordion India has introduced Soumya Chaturvedi as Senior Director, HRBP, strengthening its people leadership team with an accomplished human resources professional who brings over 13 years of experience across the IT, technology, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors.
In her new role, Soumya will partner with senior leadership teams to drive people strategies that support organizational growth, workforce effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and business transformation initiatives across the organization.
Prior to joining Accordion India, Soumya served as Head of Human Resources at Intense Technologies Limited, where she led the organization’s HR function and played a key role in aligning talent strategies with business objectives. During her tenure, she contributed to workforce development, leadership partnering, employee experience enhancement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Before Intense Technologies, she worked with Hyundai MOBIS as Deputy Manager, supporting HR operations and people management initiatives while gaining valuable experience in talent management, HR service delivery, and organizational development.
Earlier, Soumya was associated with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as Assistant Manager – HR, where she supported human resources operations and employee engagement programs for the organization.
A significant part of her professional journey was spent with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she held multiple HR roles over nearly four years. She worked across human resources, resource management, talent engagement, workforce planning, performance management, competency development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and talent acquisition. During her tenure, she partnered with business leaders to support large-scale workforce management initiatives and drive HR process excellence across multiple business units.
With a strong background in HR business partnering, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development, Soumya brings valuable expertise to Accordion India as it continues to expand its capabilities and global footprint.
