The City of Ashland Building Official has approved an application for the demolition of a 1592 sq. ft. located at 263 Oak Street, Ashland, OR under file #DEMO-2026-00100. Notice on the property will be posted by June 9, 2026. Anyone objecting to this approval must file a request for a hearing with Steven Matiaco, building official, 51 Winburn Way, Ashland, OR 97520, 541-552-2077. The request must be made by June 19, 2026.
