Any action regarding enriched materials, whether dilution or the manner of its storage, will only be possible with Iran’s consent, after the fulfillment of Iran’s conditions for ending the war, and during negotiations that will take place over 60 days.
Iran’s condition for ending the war is the acceptance of the release of Iran’s blocked funds and assets by the United States simultaneously with the signing of the agreement.
Until the final agreement after 60 days, the U.S. has no right to impose any new sanctions.
The U.S. must commit to providing at least $300 billion for the reconstruction of Iran and paying for war damages.
Simultaneously with the agreement to end the war, the U.S. must commit to lifting all sanctions against Iran.
