MASON CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – It’s been thirty-one years since Iowa news anchor Jodi Huisentruit vanished on her way to work.
A private investigator says he believes he has identified the person responsible for her disappearance.
The investigator said earlier this month that he has shared his findings with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation.
27-year-old, Jodi Huisentruit, disappeared June 27, 1995, while traveling to her job at KIMT-TV in Mason City.
She has never been found, and no one has been arrested in connection with her disappearance.
The case has remained unsolved for more than three decades.
