Invergy opens 3 GWh BESS factory in India – ESS News

Invergy India has inaugurated a battery energy storage system (BESS) factory in Dasna, Uttar Pradesh, with annual production capacity of 3 GWh and an investment exceeding INR 2 billion.
The fully automated facility covers 217,000 square feet and will manufacture BESS systems, lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery packs, integrated energy storage solutions, and solar inverters for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications.
Invergy said the factory incorporates AI-driven battery management systems, IoT-enabled remote monitoring, advanced quality control mechanisms, and automated production lines.
The inauguration follows a strong fiscal 2025-26 for GP Eco Solutions India, Invergy’s parent company. The company reported consolidated revenue of INR 4.18 billion, around 69% growth year on year. Net profit rose to INR 401 million from INR 100 million the previous year.
