Anthropic has officially launched a powerful new AI agent named Claude Tag, designed to operate directly inside Salesforce’s Slack app. The rollout marks a significant expansion into the highly competitive enterprise AI market, aiming to integrate artificial intelligence seamlessly into daily workplace communication.
By simply typing @Claude in a Slack thread, users can bring the AI agent into group chats. Unlike traditional chatbots, Claude Tag can read ongoing conversations, break down project tasks, retain contextual memory over time, and proactively flag important organizational updates without being prompted, News.Az reports, citing Reuters.
