CBS6 has obtained court paperwork, detailing divorce proceedings between the mother who was one of six found dead in an apartment in Mechanicville.
According to that paperwork, Sarah Myers and the father of the 4 children, Brady Harmon, were married in December 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah, separating in 2019.
The divorce was finalized in 2020.

Both were awarded joint custody of the four children, Harper Harmon, 13; Hudson Harmon, 11;and twins Gavin Harmon, 10 and Gracelynn Harmon, 10.
According to court paperwork, the custody agreement stated that Myers was awarded custody during the school year, while the father, Brady was awarded uninterrupted time during the summer months from July to September.
He was also awarded video phone calls with the children on a regular basis, as well as holidays and the children's birthdays. The documents also state that there was no alimony payment awarded.
Those children, along with Sarah and her mother Amy Steadman, 64 were found dead on June 23.
Additional court paperwork reveals that Myers was ordered to appear in Utah court on June 29, accused of not adhering to terms of the divorce by means of a "motion to enforce".
The cause of death remains under investigation, but Mechanicville Police Chief William Rabbitt says the evidence indicates intentional poisoning.
“There is recovered evidence inside the apartment to indicate intentional poisoning, to include numerous prescription and over the counter medications,” said Rabbitt.
