Under the campaign, the Delhi Police has provided specially designed digital comic booklets to the Master Trainers for use as a weekend learning activity involving children and their parents.
The initiative encourages parents to actively participate as learning partners by discussing the comic-based safety themes with their children over the weekends.
On the following Monday, schools will conduct classroom group discussions, enabling students to share their understanding, exchange ideas and clarify any doubts. Wherever required, Delhi Police personnel will participate in these sessions to address students’ queries.
Each booklet in the weekly digital comic series focuses on a specific aspect of child safety, including cyber safety, prevention of physical bullying, drug awareness and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
According to Deputy Commissioner of Police, Special Police Unit for Women and Children (SPUWAC), Neha Yadav, one theme will be covered each weekend throughout the month.
The campaign forms an integral part of the ongoing ‘Child Safety Awareness Month’, being conducted in accordance with the directions of Delhi Lieutenant Governor Sardar Taranjit Singh Sandhu and under the leadership of Police Commissioner Satish Golcha.
Through this innovative initiative, the Delhi Police aims to make child safety education more relatable and engaging while promoting meaningful conversations among children, parents, teachers and the police.

Following Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena’s push to improve traffic management across the national capital and strengthen road safety, Delhi Police have intensified enforcement measures.
A 24-year-old woman alleged she was sexually harassed inside a moving car in East Delhi’s Mandawali area. She recorded the incident on her mobile phone, following which police registered an FIR and arrested the accused.
Delhi Police concluded its “Nasha Mukt Bharat Pakhwada-2026” campaign with a public awareness programme featuring cultural performances and a live concert aimed at spreading awareness about the dangers of drug abuse.
