Constellis announced that it has appointed Brent A. Pugh as Chief Financial Officer and Tarun Sondhi as Chief Growth & Technology Officer.
The appointments strengthen Constellis’ Executive Leadership Team as the company enters its next phase of growth, performance improvement, and technology-enabled transformation.
Constellis provides risk management and mission-critical support services globally. The company said the additions of Pugh and Sondhi bring complementary expertise across financial leadership, growth strategy, operational performance, and advanced technology.
Pugh will lead Constellis’ financial strategy and operations, with a focus on financial discipline, performance enhancement, and scalable growth. He brings more than two decades of experience leading financial operations across global organizations serving government-focused markets.
Most recently, Pugh served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Red River Technology, where he helped lead a $2 billion business. He previously served as CFO and Corporate Treasurer for CAE’s $2.1 billion Defense and Security Segment, overseeing training operations across more than 50 countries.
Sondhi will lead enterprise growth strategy and technology innovation for Constellis. His role will combine business development with digital transformation as the company works to expand market opportunities and deliver more integrated security solutions.
Sondhi brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling technology-driven businesses. Most recently, he worked at Accenture, where he led a large cybersecurity profit-and-loss organization across the Americas and supported growth, margin expansion, and AI-enabled capability development.
He is also the founder of Shadow AI Labs and previously held leadership roles at KPMG and Symantec.
Constellis said the appointments support its evolution into a more integrated and technology-enabled organization. The company is focused on combining operational expertise with advanced capabilities to modernize how security services are delivered in complex environments.
