DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) – A new grant program aims to help grow Duluth’s Spirit Valley neighborhood.
City leaders announced Friday that the Duluth Economic Development Authority is accepting applications for the grants.
The authority will hand out up to $500 to each business that qualifies.
The grants will help businesses pay for improvements and activities that enhance the neighborhood and encourage people to participate in this summer’s Spirit Valley Days.
