Apple confirmed it is implementing changes to iOS apps in Brazil based on an agreement with Cade, Brazil’s competition regulator. These updates will allow developers to distribute apps through alternative marketplaces and process payments for digital goods and services outside of Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
