New Delhi (31.05.2026): Billionaire Gautam Adani has declared that the Adani Group has moved past its US legal challenges, pivoting its focus toward an AI-driven infrastructure boom. In his annual letter to shareholders, He emphasized that with US proceedings now “behind us,” the conglomerate is accelerating investments across energy, logistics, and digital sectors.
The AI Thesis: 
Adani argued that “before AI can think, energy must flow,” positioning the group to provide the massive power and data Center capacity required for the artificial intelligence era.
Record Investment: The group deployed over ₹1.5 lakh crore in capital expenditure during FY2025-26, focusing on renewable energy, ports, and manufacturing.

Operational Milestones:
Adani Green has added 5.1 GW of capacity, reaching a 19 GW portfolio. Further, Progressing toward a 2 GW data center platform by 2030, including a partnership with Google while Adani Ports handled over 500 million tonnes of cargo.

Financial Resilience:
Despite a year of intense scrutiny, the group reported a 13.9% rise in net profit to ₹46,377 crore, with consolidated revenue reaching ₹2.92 lakh crore. Adani described the successful ₹24,930 crore rights issue as a definitive “vote of confidence” from the market.
Moving forward, the Chairman noted that the primary challenge is no longer capital access, but the speed of execution required to meet India’s urgent infrastructure and energy demands.
