Based in Navi Mumbai, Mr Ingle will lead Henkel’s growth agenda in India while continuing to hold his global responsibilities as Head of Infrastructure Protection & Repair and Regional Head of Manufacturing & Maintenance for India, the Middle East, and Africa within Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
The leadership transition comes as India continues to emerge as a major driver of global economic growth, supported by expanding industrial activity, infrastructure development, manufacturing investments, and a rapidly evolving consumer landscape. Henkel views the market as a key contributor to its long-term growth strategy and innovation ambitions.

In his new role, Mr Ingle succeeds S. Sunil Kumar, who has led Henkel’s India operations over the past five years. Mr Kumar will relocate to Dubai to assume broader regional responsibilities, focusing on strategic initiatives across the India, Middle East and Africa region while continuing in his leadership role within the company’s packaging business.
Announcing the appointment, Ashraf Elafifi, President, India, Middle East and Africa Region at Henkel, said India remains a critical growth market for the company’s global operations.
