NEW YORK – June 12, 2026 – NBC News’ TODAY was the #1 morning show across all key measures for the week of June 1, outperforming ABC’s Good Morning America and CBS Mornings in total viewers and the key demo A25-54. The broadcast posted its 20th consecutive weekly win in total viewers, while extending its lead in the key demo A25-54 to 131 consecutive weeks.
TODAY averaged 2.978 million total viewers, leading GMA by +276,000 viewers (+10%) and CBS by +1.285 million viewers (+76%). The program secured its 31st weekly total viewer victory of the season and has now posted 19 consecutive weeks of year-over-year total viewer growth.
TODAY’s lead over GMA exceeded 200,000 viewers for the 4th straight week. The broadcast delivered its largest total viewer advantage over GMA in 15 weeks and its largest lead over CBS in 8 weeks.
TODAY ranks as the #1 morning show across the board season-to-date, leading in total viewers and the key demo A25-54.
