SOUTHERN ILLINOIS. (KFVS) – The severe weather in southern Illinois on June 21 has caused two deaths and five injuries.
Sheriff Jeff Bullard said one person died about five miles southeast of Dix, Ill.
He also confirmed that a second victim died due to storms, and five were taken to area hospitals. This happened near North July Rd. in Mt. Vernon, Ill.
