WACO, Neb. (KSNB) – The York County Sheriff’s Office responded to a bomb threat Thursday at the Nebraska Evangelical Lutheran School in Waco in what investigators are calling a swatting incident.
The call came in shortly after 1 p.m. Deputies conducted a thorough search of the school property and found no explosives.
An investigation revealed that the unknown male voice heard on the phone call was AI-generated.
