The Wonderful Company has opened applications for its 2026 Wonderful Central Valley Community Grants program, opening up $1 million in available funding to nonprofits, schools, local governments and other eligible organizations serving nine communities in the San Joaquin Valley.
The program supports projects focused on youth enrichment and education, community health, arts, park access and sustainability, economic advancement and legal aid, according to a news release.
Launched in 2015, the program aims to support programs that strengthen communities where its employees live and work. Wonderful and its co-owners, Lynda and Stewart Resnick, have awarded over $10 million to 172 nonprofits and 175 schools throughout the Valley.
Grant funding is intended for use in program development, expansion, innovation, technology, equipment and small-scale capital projects. Awards are available for up to $50,000 over one year, while up to two organizations may receive grants of up to $100,000 over two years.
“For more than a decade, Wonderful Community Grants have reflected our enduring commitment to the Central Valley by supporting local nonprofits that best understand the region’s unique challenges and opportunities,” Andy Anzaldo, chief operating officer of corporate social responsibility at The Wonderful Company, said in the release.
The Wonderful Company said grants are a part of its broader investment in the community where it operates, supporting projects that address key needs in communities.
The application deadline closes Aug. 31, 2026.
