Your exercise regime is the new talking point?
Actually, I am very surprised, or shocked rather, to see that my workout has got this much media coverage. I mean, we do so many other things in our lives, and sometimes that doesn’t really get picked up. I am very surprised, honestly.
So how did this happen?
I don’t usually post about the amount of workout I do or my pictures of my working out because I am always too busy working out and not recording them. But this one, I think this is a very, like in Denmark…
Your sasural?
Yeah. People, I feel, are really strong here in Denmark. Like the people who push, the way I have seen them pushing in the gym is really inspiring. And there are people ranging from age groups of 20s, 30s, to mid-50s in my class of this CrossFit where I go, and we do many burpees, sit-ups, and crunches, and all. So this is like 2-3 times a week I do this kind of routine, and the other days are relatively lighter. Yeah, I mean Hyrox and CrossFit are pretty big in Denmark.
So you are more inspired to workout in Denmark ?
So, like in every gym, you have these kinds of classes, and since here I am not really working, my whole focus is just physical well-being and trying to make sure I stay fit and healthy. So it’s not really about the number. That specifically day, that was probably one of the days I ended up counting. it is why I could post it. Other days, I don’t really count it. So I am not able to post it, and I am so exhausted. I don’t even have the bandwidth to click a photo and then post something regarding my workout.
So this was just by coincidence?
So, this was just a by coincidence or by chance one of the days I ended up counting it and then in the parking lot while I was getting on my bicycle to cycle back home I just was like so tired that I took a minute to sit and that’s when I clicked this picture. Yeah, so this is pretty usual for people in life here. But yeah, I mean I understand looking at it that nobody really talks about this kind of exercise back home as much in public medium. That is why it might just sound a little different or a little odd.
