A major fire broke out in a residential society in Noida’s Sector 119 after an air conditioner allegedly exploded inside a flat. The blaze quickly spread, sending thick black smoke and towering flames into the sky, creating panic among residents. People rushed out of the building to safety as the fire threatened nearby apartments. Fire brigade teams reached the spot promptly and launched an operation to bring the flames under control. Police and emergency personnel also arrived to assist in evacuation and ensure public safety. Initial reports suggest the fire was triggered by an AC explosion, possibly due to overheating, though the exact cause is yet to be confirmed. Authorities are investigating the incident and assessing the extent of the damage. No casualties have been officially reported so far, while efforts to completely extinguish the fire and secure the area continued.
