KLICKITAT COUNTY Wash. (KPTV) – A fire near Lyle, Wash., in Klickitat County is burning about 1,500 acres as of Sunday evening, and has triggered “Go Now” evacuation orders for people in the area, according to fire officials.

At about 9 p.m., officials said sections of Centerville Highway are closed.
The Lyle Hill Fire was first reported at about 2:30 p.m., according to fire officials.
At 3:45 p.m., the Klickitat County Emergency Management issued updated Level 3: “Go Now” orders reaching north past Oliver Point Road.
As of 3 p.m., the Level 3: “Go Now” orders were for people between SR 142, Centerville Highway and south to the river, and west of the Struck Road intersection with Centerville Hwy.
As of 4:30 p.m., one crew and three engines are currently fighting the fire, according to an official with the Washington Department of Natural Resources.
