Faith Day Habilitation Joins Indian Consulate For Yoga Day In NJ – News India Times

Faith Day Habilitation (Faith Health Group), in collaboration with the Consulate General of India, New York, hosted a historic International Yoga Day event on June 18, 2026.
Held at the Faith Day Habilitation facility located at 7 Spielman Road in Fairfield, NJ, the event featured dedicated special needs assistance for all age groups.
​Nitin Vyas, Public Relations Director of World Vegan Vision, was the main organizers, the press release said.
The event brought together spiritual leaders, diplomats, local law enforcement, healthcare advocates, and community members to honor and support families through inclusive wellness practices.
The ​Chief Guests included Acharya Dr. Lokesh Muni (Ahimsa Vishwa Bharti), Tsewang Gyaltson, Consul (Community Affairs), Anthony Manna, Fairfield Chief of Police, and  distinguished Newark Judge, Sybil Elias.
​It was hosted by Faith Home Care and Habilitation, spearheaded by CEO Geeta Fofandi, Director Bhakti Fofandi, Dimple Thaker, and Owner Dharmesh bhai.
​Prominent community leaders and professionals extended their support, including Karamjit Dhariwal, Ashok Bhatt, Dr. Pradip Shah, and Ronak Jani representing Jani Finance.
​​The core of the celebration focused on making yoga accessible to everyone. The sessions were conducted by certified yoga instructors Nidhi Pandya, Dr. Anjum Nadal, and Priti Dhariwal, Councilwoman of River Edge, who tailored the practices to ensure full participation, safety, and comfort for individuals requiring special assistance.
​The program demonstrated how personalized, person-centered care can empower individuals to live independently and with dignity, organizers said in the press release.
