We’ve got another high-stakes day of action at the World Cup, with Groups D, E and F all drawing to a fascinating conclusion. As always, keep track of all the key moments from today's six games with our live blog!
Curacao 0-2 Ivory Coast (FT)
Ecuador 2-1 Germany (FT)
Group E: Germany and Ivory Coast advance to Round of 32
Japan 1-1 Sweden (FT)
Tunisia 1-3 Netherlands (FT)
Group F: Netherlands, Japan and Sweden advance to Round of 32
Paraguay 0-0 Australia (LIVE!)
Turkey 1-1 USA (LIVE!)
04:20 CET – Both matches are in their first half hydration breaks. Australia have had 64% of possession in Santa Clara.
04:10 CET – Turkey are finally on the board! After accumulating more than 60 shots without scoring in their first two games, Arda Guler shows what he is capable of.
04:02 CET – USA hit the lead against a hapless Turkey, who have defended so poorly at this World Cup. A corner was delivered to the far post where an unmarked Auston Trusty had the time and space to trap it with his left foot, shape up his body, and slam it between the keeper and the goalpost. Embarrassing from Turkey, to be honest!
It's Trusty's first international goal and he won't find many easier ones than that.
04:00 CET – The final games of Group D have kicked off! USA are effectively practising ahead of their Round of 32 game against Bosnia & Herzegovina, whilst Paraguay and Australia are fighting for second place.
03:55 CET – The national anthems are taking place in both games. Fun fact: the match between Paraguay and Australia is the only one in the group stage between a nation that does not share a land border and a nation that does not have a water border!
03:20 CET – Whilst we wait for the teams to begin their warm-ups, let's take the latest look at how the Round of 32 is shaping up.
Sweden, Ecuador and Bosnia & Herzegovina are confimed third-place qualifiers for the Round of 32. We have four games locked in: Canada v South Africa, Brazil v Japan, Netherlands v Morocco and USA v Bosnia & Herzegovina.
03:15 CET – We now switch our attention to the resolution of Group D. A reminder that the lineups for both teams dropped in the last hour:
03:10 CET – Our match reports for the final games of Group F are ready to peruse, for those of you who missed the live action:
Netherlands top Group F with unbeaten campaign after dismantling Tunisia
Japan and Sweden both advance after sharing the spoils in Arlington
02:59 CET – Japan will face Brazil in the Round of 32 after today's 1-1 draw. Sweden are the top ranked third-place team, so they're not going anywhere.
02:55 CET – It's full-time in Kansas City with the Netherlands winning 3-1. They officially finish at the top of the group and will play against Morocco next week.
02:50 CET – Five minutes of additional stoppage time for Tunisia-Netherlands (1-3), whilst Sweden are pushing for a winner during their seven minutes of stoppage time.
02:45 CET – No change since the hydration breaks, with Netherlands and Japan still occupying the top-two. Sweden will claim second if they can find a winner.
02:36 CET – On comes 39-year-old Yuto Nagatomo, playing at his fifth World Cup for Japan. One of the true legends of the national team.
02:28 CET Hydration breaks in both games. Let's take a look at the match momentum and the live standings. They're back to where they were at kick-off, with Netherlands and Japan finishing top-two. Sweden are first in the third-place rankings, which would see them go through with Japan to the Round of 32.
02:22 CET SWEDEN LEVEL THE SCORING and it's all looking very pretty for the Dutch now! Sweden have Japan's second-place spot in their sights now. Anthony Elanga received the ball on the right wing, cut in and launched for the left post.
02:21 CET – Jan Paul van Hecke with a very important goal for the Netherlands! The Dutch score from their own corner. He got the first touch from the corner and it took a deflection off the top of Slimane's head on the way through.
02:16 CET JAPAN LEAD 1-0 and are one goal away from taking the top spot in Group F! A delightful passing chain is capped off with a precise finish from Daizen Maeda.
The Netherlands and Japan are now both level on seven points and +5 GD. Netherlands lead on the 'goals scored' tiebreaker.
02:13 CET – Perhaps we were being a bit harsh on the Tunisians! They're fighting hard for their first point and have halved the deficit from a corner in the 54th minute. Mejbri whipped it in and Mastouri headed it into the side of the net in the driving rain. He was completely unmarked in the box.
02:05 CET – Welcome back to the second half! The rain in Kansas City (Tunisia v Netherlands) is getting heavier, whilst conditions in Arlington (Japan v Sweden) are lovely. The stands don't look particularly full, with some spectators braving the elements with plastic rain ponchos. Tunisia will probably be desperate to get this over with.
01:50 CET – No change to either score as half-time is called.
Late in that opening half it was beginning to rain at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, which is under a thunderstorm and flash flooding watch for the evening. Storms moving in from the west saw the Kansas City FIFA Fan Zone closed early as a precautionary measure. Here's hoping the venue doesn't see any nearby lightning.
01:45 CET – Three minutes of added time for Tunisia-Netherlands and five for Japan-Sweden. Keito Nakamura forced a one-handed diving save out of the Swedish goalkeeper Widell Zetterstrom.
01:40 CET – We thought we were in for a frantic period when the Netherlands put two on Tunisia in the space of minutes, but things quickly settled. The Dutch have had 11 shots but only two on target.
The expected goal count between Japan (0.15) and Sweden (0.03) tells you all you need to know about how close that one is. Both teams have shown plenty of intent but have lacked the finishing touch.
01:30 CET – The live standings have not yet changed with both games ticking beyond 30 minutes. As it stands, the Netherlands would play Morocco in Guadalupe, and Japan would take on Brazil in Houston!
Sweden would be second on the third-place rankings with seven groups still to be resolved, making it almost certain they would progress.
01:24 CET – Both matches head to their hydration break with the Dutch still 2-0 to the good and Japan and Sweden scoreless.
01:06 CET – This could be a veeeery long afternoon for the Tunisians. Brian Brobbey buries a goal with consummate ease. A set piece into the box was nodded across goal by Virgil van Dijk. Van Dijk made a mistimed run towards the far post and, instead of attempting a shot, centred it and found Brobbey instead.
01:02 CET – Both games have kicked off and the Dutch are already in the lead through yet another own goal!
Tunisian captain and lead centre back Skhiri miscued an attempted clearance into his own net. For the third consecutive time, Tunisia go down 1-0 within ten minutes.
00:30 CET: Here is a summary of all the team changes made for the next two games:
Japan: Ayumu Seko, Daichi Kamada and Yukinari Sugawara are in for Takehiro Tomiyasu, Ao Tanaka and Keito Nakamura
Sweden: Widell Zetterstrom, Anthony Elanga and Elliot Stroud are in for Kristoffer Nordfeldt, Benjamin Nygren and Jesper Karlstrom
Tunisia: Mohamed Amine Ben Hamida, Rani Khedira, Anis Ben Slimane and Hazem Mastouri are in for Omar Rekik, Dylan Bronn, Elias Saad and Sebastian Tounekti
Netherlands: Nathan Aké in for Micky van de Ven
00:15 CET – With Group E now wrapped, it's time to move to Group F, and here's what you need to know ahead of the 01:00 CET kick-offs…
The Netherlands take on eliminated Tunisia in Kansas City, knowing that they'll likely top the group if they win. Japan and Sweden face off in the other match in Dallas, with the Swedes needing at least a point to advance and the Japanese looking to pip the Dutch to top spot if they better their result.
23:58 CET – That’s full-time in both Philly and Jersey, and the Ivory Coast have progressed to the second round of a World Cup for the first time ever, thanks to their 2-0 win over Curacao, ending the stage with six points in Group E!
Germany are also through on six points, and in top spot due to their head-to-head advantage over the Ivorians.

However, the Germans have been beaten 2-1 by Ecuador, whose late winner at the MetLife Stadium has fired them to four points, and thus certain progression as one of the best third-placed teams!

It's a glorious evening for the fans of the Ivory Coast and EcuadorCuracao, meanwhile, are out of the World Cup after stealing a few hearts with their plucky performances. Germany have won the group, but with a whimper.
23:38 CET – Here's a huge twist, Ecuador have scored to make it 2-1 against Germany in New Jersey!
The goal has come from a corner with Gonzalo Plata burying the ball into the net after a Kevin Rodriguez flick on at the near post.
The Ecuador fans are going wild, and rightfully so, because that goal might just send them through.
23:35 CET – With Group E starting to look pretty much settled, we turn our attention to Group F shortly, and the teams are in for the next pair of games at 01:00 CET.
Follow the links above to see how Japan, Sweden, Tunisia and the Netherlands will all line up this evening.
23:24 CET – Ivory Coast have another! The Elephants now lead Curacao 2-0 thanks to a second goal from Nicolas Pepe. The Villarreal forward opened up his body and bent the ball nicely past Eloy Room to double his side's lead after a lengthy build-up.
That should mean the Ivorians are now through to the next round.
23:10 CET – We are back underway in both Group E matches, and Germany have been awarded a penalty almost immediately!
However, after a VAR review, the penalty call has been overturned by referee Tori Penso for an earlier foul. No penalty and a reprieve for the South Americans. Can they make it count?
22:56 CET – Liverpool target Diomande continues to catch the eye at this World Cup, with the winger's Flashscore Rating of 7.8 the highest on the pitch in the Ivory Coast's clash.
He's completed one dribble, two key passes and eight out of nine passes in the final third.
22:50 CET – That's that for the first halves of these matches, and the big news is that Ecuador's hopes of survival are still alive.
They responded well to going behind early on, but they did run out of steam towards the end of the half. They'll need to take things to another level after the break if they want to get the win they need.
22:35 CET – The Ivory Coast are looking comfortable in Philadelphia, where Curacao have had just 25% possession.
22:28 CET – Just as Ecuador start to build up some momentum, a "hydration" break brings it grinding to a halt, greeted by boos from all over the stadium.
As a sidenote, it's 27 °C and cloudy at the ground in New Jersey.
22:20 CET – Things have settled down after those eventful starts. Ecuador are looking very much up for a fight as they search for the second goal they need to keep their hopes of progression alive.
22:10 CET – Ecuador equalise and equalise in style! Angulo receives the ball well outside the box, charges towards goal and fires a beauty of an effort past Manuel Neuer! Game on!
22:08 CET – The Ivory Coast take an early lead too! Pepe puts away a ball from star man Yan Diomande to put the Africans ahead!
22:02 CET – Tonight's matches are underway and Germany have the ball in the back of the net already! Leroy Sane has scored after just two minutes to give Ecuador a real mountain to climb.
The South Americans are livid that the goal wasn't ruled out for a high foot in the build-up.
21:14 CET – The Ivory Coast have opted for an attacking lineup for a clash with Curacao that could see them go through as group runners-up, with Nicolas Pepe coming in to the side.
20:44 CET – The lineups are in for tonight's clashes!
Germany may have already qualified as group winners, but they're not taking their foot off the gas, with Julian Nagelsmann picking a full-strength side. David Raum for Nathaniel Brown at left-back is the only change, with super-sub Deniz Undav on the bench again.
For an Ecuador side needing a win, Liverpool-linked Joel Ordonez and Sunderland's Nilson Angulo come in for AC Milan man Pervis Estupinan and Jordy Alicvar.
17:25 CET – Ahead of today's final round of games in Group E at 22:00 CET, here's what each side needs to seal their progression to the knockouts:
Germany are already confirmed as group winners after victories over Curacao and the Ivory Coast
Ivory Coast will qualify as runners-up if they win or draw against Curacao
Ecuador need to beat Germany and hope Curacao upset the Ivory Coast
Curacao need a victory against the Ivory Coast and hope Germany defeat Ecuador
15:09 CET – One of the players most likely to light up the World Cup today is Netherlands winger Crysencio Summerville, who's been one of the revelations of the tournament thus far.
Two games in, the West Ham player has two goals and one assist, and boasts an average Flashscore Rating of 7.9. Having never played for Oranje prior to last month, he's established as a key man for his nation.
