New Software Update: Traction Control for the VARG – MX Vice

Traction Control is now available for the VARG MX, EX and SM, delivered free through an over the air update. It works like a smart throttle filter. Rather than cutting power abruptly, it shapes the relationship between how much you twist the grip and how hard the motor drives, so you find grip where the rear used to spin away from you. Set it low and the response stays raw and direct, set it higher and the system smooths out wheelspin for you. And here is the clever part: the moment you leave the ground it lets go completely, so you can still spin the rear for balance in the air and get the full power hit the instant your tyre lands. You set it per power mode, anywhere from 0 to 100% in the Stark App. On hard packed MX tracks you might run it low to keep the drive alive out of corners. Through rocky hard enduro you can run it mid to stop the sudden lurch over logs and roots. On wet supermoto tarmac you can run it high, where it keeps the rear planted across painted lines and manhole covers so you can focus on your lines instead of survival. Open Power Modes, pick your mode, set the slider, hit Save and it is on the bike. This is just one of many updates landing on the VARG. Subscribe and follow the channel to see every new feature as it arrives.
