FIFA World Cup
Lionel Messi followed up a hat trick in Argentina’s FIFA World Cup opener with an additional two goals to lift Argentina to a 2-0 victory over Austria. His first goal of the game set the record for most men’s World Cup goals in the history of the tournament, and his second score put him atop all World Cup scorers.
