Vehicle Tech Week Europe 2026 opens in Stuttgart! – Automotive Testing Technology International

This year’s Vehicle Tech Week Europe has opened its doors and looks set to be a landmark edition for the organizer, UKi Media & Events. Running until June 25 at Messe Stuttgart in Germany, the event brings together three of the industry’s most respected expos – Automotive Testing Expo Europe, Autonomous Vehicle Tech Expo and Automotive Interiors Expo – under one roof for the first time.
“As the automotive industry undergoes rapid transformation, the relationships between engineering departments, development teams and business units are becoming increasingly interconnected,” said Peter Massey, commercial director at UKi Media & Events. “Vehicle Tech Week Europe will reflect this shift, creating a collaborative environment where synergies can flourish.”
Automotive Testing Expo Europe remains Europe’s premier gathering for vehicle testing, measurement and validation professionals, while Autonomous Vehicle Tech Expo delivers a system-level view of the path from L2+ to L4, featuring specialist suppliers across ADAS, autonomy, simulation, AI and sensing. Automotive Interiors Expo, meanwhile, serves the cockpit development, interior materials and in-cabin technology communities.
Across the three shows, visitors can explore an impressive line-up of exhibitors and new technologies.
From sensor systems and dynamometers to simulation software and data acquisition tools, visitors can explore the full spectrum of vehicle testing, measurement and validation technology at Automotive Testing Expo. Plus, there are other relevant suppliers taking part in the adjacent Autonomous Vehicle Tech Expo
The ATTI Forum at Automotive Testing Expo takes place on Day 2 (June 24), starting at 9:45am. The program will include presentations, fireside chats and panel discussions. One of the highlights will be a session featuring  Dr Ahmed Ebada, a professor of informatics and AI, a CEO and a senior product manager at HOPn, who will discuss how AI, digital twins and data-driven automation are reshaping automotive testing, and share practical insights from industry and academia on how emerging technologies are accelerating development.
Speaking ahead of the forum, Rachel Evans, editor of ATTI magazine, said, “Every day I am fed content from external sources about the latest testing innovations and groundbreaking vehicle projects. It’s easy to be fooled into thinking everyone has it sorted, that every vehicle tester is doing their job with their eyes closed. Don’t get me wrong, I have no doubt our audience members take everything in their stride. After all, it is the engineer’s job to experiment, learn and develop new solutions. However, I am interested in hearing about the day-to-day challenges engineers are facing in the lab behind closed doors.”

The three-day Innovation Showcase at Automotive Testing Expo will offer more interactive learning opportunities, giving attendees a closer look at the ideas and technologies shaping the next generation of automotive testing and development. View the full Innovation Showcase here.
The Vehicle Tech Week Awards will be presented from 5:15pm on Wednesday, June 24, in the Messe Stuttgart Atrium, bringing together all three shows’ recognition initiatives in a single ceremony.
The Automotive Testing Technology International Awards, launched in 2006 and now firmly established as a benchmark for excellence in vehicle development and testing, will recognize the best in testing hardware, software, simulation, facilities and supplier achievement.
Sitting alongside them, the AAVI Awards and Vehicle Tech Week Trailblazer Awards will honor individuals and organizations from the autonomous vehicle and automotive interiors worlds, celebrating the emerging leaders reshaping the future of mobility.
Together, the three ceremonies will make for an unmissable evening of industry recognition and networking.
