Maya Academy of Advanced Creativity (MAAC) successfully hosted the Delhi AI & AVGC-XR Summit 2026 on June 12 at the Constitution Club of India, Connaught Place, bringing together over 600 students, creative professionals and industry experts.
Held under the theme ‘Empowering Tomorrow’s Creators’, the summit focused on the growing opportunities in Animation, Visual Effects (VFX), Gaming, Comics, Extended Reality (AVGC-XR) and AI-driven content creation. Dr. Kiran Bedi attended the event as the Chief Guest, inspiring aspiring creators from across Delhi NCR.
The summit featured keynote sessions, panel discussions, industry insights and student recognition, while addressing emerging trends shaping the creative and media industries. Industry leaders including Abir Aich, Ashish Kulkarni, Prakhar Jain, Kunal Arora, Prashant Nair and Gaurav Markan shared their perspectives on the future of creative careers.
During the event, MAAC also unveiled two new learning pathways—Career X and Creator X—designed to prepare students for careers in the creative industry while also supporting entrepreneurial opportunities in content creation.

The event concluded with a student felicitation ceremony, recognising outstanding portfolios and highlighting the importance of industry-ready skills for careers in the rapidly evolving AVGC-XR ecosystem.
