MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – . The City of Mobile Architectural Review Board has on its agenda for this Wednesday’s meeting an application to build a new downtown hotel.
The agenda says the address is 250 St. Francis Street, which is bounded by North Joachim Street, South Jackson Street, and St. Michael Street in the Church Street East Historic District.
The agenda says the Applicant/Agent is Steve Stone on behalf of Shree Kishan MOB, LLC.
The description of the project is to construct a new hotel and establish two parking areas, but no further details are given.
The Architectural Review Board is scheduled to meet Wednesday, June 17
