WASHINGTON (7News) — If you’ve seen the latest AI image and video generators on social media, you know AI is getting better.
7News spoke to the CEO of Copyleaks, an AI detection company, and here's what he says about AI-generated text and images:
"You get to a point where AI is so sophisticated that it's very hard to differentiate between AI and human, and only AI is basically able to do this differentiation," said Alon Yamin, CEO of Copyleaks.

Yamin said predictions are that in the next few years, AI content will account for about 90% of the internet, and we're at the point now where AI has gotten so much better at presenting as a human, which can be very problematic.

He said he wishes he had a checklist of things to look for to determine if an image is AI. But it's more sophisticated than that.
