Recur Software announced the acquisition of PCRecruiter, a provider of applicant tracking and recruitment CRM software built specifically for recruiting agencies. The acquisition strengthens Recur Software’s presence in industry-specific software markets and reflects its strategy of investing in businesses with specialized workflows and loyal customer bases.
Based in Cleveland, PCRecruiter serves more than 1,300 recruiting agencies across the United States. The platform functions as a unified system of record for recruiting firms, bringing together candidate data, client relationships, job orders, and communication history into a single platform. By centralizing these workflows, the company helps agencies improve efficiency and focus more on candidate placements.
As part of the acquisition, Recur Software said it plans to accelerate development of PCRecruiter’s platform, expand its commercial capabilities, and further activate the software’s existing artificial intelligence features. The company emphasized that customers can expect continuity in the products and services they currently use, while benefiting from future enhancements and innovation.
