ASHLAND, Neb. (WOWT) – Ashland authorities are urging residents there to avoid an area near 16th and Dawes streets due to “an ongoing emergency” Thursday night.
Noting there was no danger to the public, Ashland Volunteer Fire Department posted on social media about the incident at about 5:20 p.m., saying “multiple emergency agencies” would be working in the area of 16th-17th streets, between Clay and Dawes streets.
Ashland Police, Saunders County Sheriff’s Office, and the Nebraska State Patrol have responded to the scene.
