The non-profit organization dedicated to advancing female leadership in radio broadcasting is now accepting applications for its eighth annual Elevating Women in Programming Mentorship.
Designed specifically for women working in radio programming, the year-long Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio, Inc. mentorship connects one rising programming professional with accomplished content leaders.
Through personalized mentorship, strategic networking opportunities, and career-focused guidance, the program is designed to help participants strengthen their leadership skills and accelerate their professional growth.
As part of the experience, the selected mentee will also attend the 2027 NAB Show in Las Vegas.
The mentorship is open to one female Brand Manager, Content/Program Director, Assistant Program Director, or Music Director from any U.S.-based radio format.
Applications are open now and will be accepted through July 2.
