UK-based Klipboard is rebranding its InspHire and Current RMS rental software offerings as OnRent.
The rebrand will mean that inspHire Corporate, inspHire Office and Current RMS will all be sold under the OnRent name, with the separate packages given the following names:
Graham Dobbs, managing director of Klipboard Rental, said; “By bringing our rental solutions together under the OnRent brand, we’re creating clarity for our customers while demonstrating our commitment to innovation across the entire hire sector, from small regional businesses to global enterprises.”
Klipboard said the rebrand represented a name change only, with customers receiving the same software and support, with features, functionality and service commitments unchanged.
Mark Taylor, director of product management at Klipboard, added; “For our inspHire and Current RMS customers, this is about continuity and confidence. You’re not switching software, you’re gaining a stronger brand, unified support, and a clear roadmap as part of the broader Klipboard family.”
The OnRent branding is being rolled out in phases region wide, with customers to receive communication throughout the transition.
Klipboard, formerly Kerridge Commercial Systems, serves more than 52,000 customers in over 70 countries. Its business sectors include wholesale distribution, automotive, field service, retail, rental, transport management, and manufacturing. Under CEO Ian Bendelow it has made 25 software acquisitions over the past 12 years.
